From Hanover and Concord to Dover

Take Route 89 South to 93 North (Concord). On 93 North, take Route 393 to Route 4 (Portsmouth). Follow Route 4 East, through 2 traffic circles (the first intersects with Route 28 in Epson, the second intersects with Route 125 in Lee). After the Lee traffic circle, continue on Route 4 to Route 155 (toward Dover). This will be the first exit after the circle. Take a left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Route 155 (5 miles) to the Spaulding Turnpike. Take the second on ramp to the Spaulding Turnpike (North) and go to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road, and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).

From Manchester to Dover

Take Route 101 East to Route 125 North. Follow Route 125 North to the Lee Traffic Circle (this will be the first traffic circle you will come to). Take Route 4 East to Route 155 (Dover). This will be the first exit off of Route 4. Take a left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Route 155 (5 miles) to the Spaulding Turnpike. Take the second on ramp to the Spaulding Turnpike (North) and go to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road, and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).

From Maine to Dover

Take 95 South to Exit 5 (US-4/Rt-16/). Go straight on Rt. 16 to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road. Go around the corner and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).

From Massachusetts to Dover

Take 95 North to Exit 4 (US-4/Rt-16/NH Lakes/White Mts./Spaulding Tpke). Go straight on Rt. 16 to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road, and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).

From Logan International Airport to Dover

Take Route 60 North. Take Route 1 North (watch for signs for 95 North - New Hampshire). Take 95 North to Exit 4 (US-4/Rt-16/NH Lakes/White Mts./Spaulding Tpke). Go straight on Rt. 16 to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road, and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).

From the Manchester Airport to Dover

Take Brown Avenue to Route 293 East (293 is also marked as Route 101). Route 293 turns into Route 93. Take Route 93 North to Route 101 East (approximately 1 mile). Take Route 101 East to Route 125 North. Follow Route 125 North to the Lee Traffic Circle (this will be the first traffic circle you will come to). Take Route 4 East to Route 155 (Dover). This will be the first exit off of Route 4. Take a left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Follow Route 155 (5 miles) to the Spaulding Turnpike. Take the second exit onto the Spaulding Turnpike (North) and go to Exit 9 (Dover/Somersworth). Bear right off the exit. Get into the right lane and bear right just before the traffic lights onto Central Avenue towards Dover. Go through 4 sets of lights. At the fifth set of lights (at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital), take a left onto Rollinsford Road, and take your first right (Dover Professional Center).
