Physician Offices Quality
Improvement Projects The Northeast
Health Care Quality Foundation (NHCQF) is contracted by the Centers for
Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to work with practices with Electronic
Health Records (EHRs) on several topic areas in the physician office setting.
Progress is measured by the following quality of care measures by reporting
and improving them: Adult Immunizations • Influenza
immunization • Pneumococcal
(PPV) immunization Cancer
Screening • Biennial
screening mammography • Colorectal
